Florin Drăgan

Dr. Florin DRĂGAN (Ph.D. in Automation; Master, B.A. Software Engineering) – is an associate professor at Politehnica University of Timisoara – Romania, Faculty of Computer Science, Department of Automation, having more than 25 years of experience in programming, teaching and research. Dr. Florin is the rector of Politehnica University of Timișoara and has extraordinary management qualities and was the manager of an IT company (2003-2016). Dr. Florin has extensive academic work: published seven books and academic research studies or articles. Dr. Florin is a key-speaker to various international and national events, being part of the national and international entrepreneur and academic projects.
